Quality assurance and metrology technician role focused on manufacturing and testing of electric motors. Day-to-day involves conducting series and sample inspections, analyzing measurement data, supporting manufacturing with testing issues, maintaining calibration systems, and documenting quality processes.

Build QA infrastructure and testing strategies from scratch while managing bug triage, test automation frameworks, and establishing quality processes across the development lifecycle. Balance hands-on testing with strategic quality system design.

Develop and maintain UI automation tests using Playwright/TypeScript, build test infrastructure (utilities, fixtures, page objects), and help drive quality standards for healthcare software as part of a small agile team.

Review graphic design outputs, content, and marketing assets for quality, accuracy, and brand compliance. Provide structured feedback to designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes.
