This role involves orchestrating cross-functional product development teams by maintaining backlogs, running ceremonies, identifying blockers, and ensuring alignment between engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day work focuses on communication, coordination, risk management, and operational process improvement rather than hands-on coding.

Lead agile ceremonies, remove blockers for engineering teams, and facilitate collaboration across the Core Video & Data product area. This role focuses on team dynamics, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination rather than technical implementation.
