Lead agile ceremonies and coach development teams in SAFe methodology for a radio/communications systems client. Day-to-day involves facilitating sprints, managing backlogs in Jira/RTC, mentoring teams on agile practices, and removing blockers.

Technical leadership role focused on engineering delivery, code review standards, team mentoring, and process improvement rather than hands-on coding. Acts as the primary engineering manager/lead for a backend team.
