Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters.</p> <p></p> <div> <h4></h4> <div> <h4>🎯How you will make an impact:</h4> </div> <ul> <li>Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, with a particular focus on software engineering, AI/ML, robotics, and other deep-tech positions</li> <li>Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct search</li> <li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs</li> <li>Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage</li> <li>Support hiring managers with candidate sourcing, market insights, and recruiting best practices</li> <li>Help strengthen Alpine Eagle's employer brand within the engineering, defense-tech, and startup communities</li> <li>Maintain accurate recruiting data and contribute to efficient hiring processes</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong> What you need to be successful:</strong></p> <p></p> <div> <ul> <li>3+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency-side</li> <li>Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Embedded Engineers, or comparable profiles</li> <li>Strong direct-sourcing and candidate engagement skills</li> <li>Ability to understand technical skill sets and assess candidate fit at an initial screening level</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Fluent in English and German</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment</li> <li> <div>Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, national security, or other highly regulated industries is a plus&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
