Product Data Coordinator, Soho Home - 6-Month FTC

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Role..</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Soho Home is currently looking for a Product Data Coordinator, for a 6 month FTC assignment. The successful candidate will support with product data management and governance by setting up and maintaining accurate, consistent data across systems, while documenting processes to create a centralised, reliable source. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role focuses on executing data and operational tasks with precision, ensuring data is clean, governed, scalable, and fit for purpose as the business transitions to an enhanced reporting environment. Reporting to the Buying &amp; Product Development team, the role supports effective cross-functional collaboration. &nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities..</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Carry out data cleansing activities, ensuring product information is complete and accurate </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support SKU creation across projects, ensuring accurate and timely setup</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Input and maintain product specifications and attributes in Excel and internal systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in managing workload in line with critical path timelines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Execute product hierarchies across existing SKU portfolios </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform data checks and reconciliations between documentation and systems, highlighting and resolving discrepancies </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain organised and structured data files and documentation&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills &amp; Experience..</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in data cleansing and standardisation, working with large data sets</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Established Excel skills (e.g. formulas, data organisation, Vlookups, data validation, pivot tables)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to problem solve and execute project priorities within structured timelines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Established and confident communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1 + years of relevant / equivalent demonstrated experience </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Problem-solving ability: able to identify and resolve issues related data management</span></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to build effective working relationships cross functionally</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Desirable (Not Essential) </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience or interest in product data, Merchandising systems, or ERP platforms- Power BI and Business Central </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience or interests in Retail operations, Buying, or Product Development/ Data environments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Experiencing working with Airtable database or similar database software</span></span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with PIM (Product Information Management) or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems</span></li> </ul> <div> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Benefits…</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
