Data Migration Lead

<p><strong>Role purpose</strong><br>You act as the Dutch-facing lead for customers such as Kiwa and others where HSO delivers data migration services via our India delivery teams. You ensure control, quality, predictable delivery and clear alignment between customer and offshore team.</p> <p><strong>Required experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years in Dynamics 365 / data migration (preferably CE, FO experience is a plus).</li> <li>Proven experience managing/leading offshore teams in India (capacity, planning, quality checks, coordination).</li> <li>Experience in project coordination or project management (tracking progress, risk awareness, expectation management).</li> <li>Ability to translate technical migration details into clear actions and customer updates.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills: customer teams in NL + technical teams in India.</li> <li>Comfortable operating between Indian work culture and the Dutch direct communication style.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Takes ownership, drives clarity, avoids ambiguity.</li> <li>Strong organiser with high delivery discipline.</li> <li>Customer-focused, clear communicator, calm under pressure.</li> <li>Sufficiently technical to challenge and validate data migration work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate all data migration activities between NL customer teams and the India delivery team.</li> <li>Oversee data models, mapping, test migrations, validation and go-live readiness.</li> <li>Ensure quality of output from India.</li> <li>Drive structured daily/weekly alignment with all stakeholders.</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal project teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Indian background / strong cultural alignment with India-based teams.</li> <li>Currently living and working in the Netherlands.</li> <li>Solid data migration + offshore delivery experience.</li> <li>Excellent English; Dutch is a bonus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why should you choose HSO?<br></strong><br><strong>Freedom, Flexibility, and Fun</strong><br>You work in an international environment with professionals from various nationalities.
