Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow Interface Analysis to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business interfaces, system dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Gather and document data flow and interface specifications.
• Collaborate with integration teams, architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify process and data mapping requirements.
• Support interface testing and validation activities.
• Ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with interface analysis, data mapping, and process modeling.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration concepts.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU-based location.
