We are looking for a Product Operations Manager at GLS/NXT to help shape and evolve our OOH parcel locker platform across our international GLS markets and partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support the product team in driving platform development - contributing to roadmap planning, translating stakeholder feedback into actionable product decisions, and keeping internal product operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with support teams ensuring complex problems are resolved and recurring themes feed back into the product roadmap. You will also play an active role in sprint planning, reviews, and other team rituals as part of GLS/NXT.

This role is perfect for someone who is structured, curious, and motivated by building great products. You're comfortable working across operational and product challenges, turning user and stakeholder insights into meaningful improvements, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Tasks

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and operational stability of our OOH parcel locker platform across all markets
  • Support the Product Manager and broader product team with software delivery, including contributing to team rituals and processes
  • Coordinate investigation and resolution in close collaboration with customer support teams
  • Identify recurring problems or patterns in user feedback and translate them into structured input for the product and tech teams
  • Contribute to improving product processes and maintaining clear documentation of workflows, known issues, and product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, customer success and market teams to coordinate platform development and support escalations
  • Track and report key product metrics, surfacing trends and insights that inform roadmap priorities

Requirements

  • >2 years of experience in product management, integration, implementation or technical project management in B2B
  • First experience working with agile processes and software delivery, such as sprint planning, backlog management, or product rituals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
  • A low-ego, hands-on mentality with a strong bias for getting things done
  • Fundamental understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, or digital platform products
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Valid working permit for Germany

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in logistics is a plus
  • German language skills are welcome but not required
  • Comfort working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools

Even if you do not meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply if you believe you are well-suited for the role and can contribute meaningfully to our team.

Benefits

  • Dynamic workplace: A digital environment with international projects and space to learn and grow
  • Flexible work conditions: Hybrid working mode with a tailored remote policy
  • Focus on learning: A personal budget (1.000€) for learning and development initiatives
  • Physical space for ideas: A great office space in Berlin Mitte with top-tier equipment

  • Active participation: A clear bonus system enabling participation in your and the team’s performance
  • Engaging team culture: Monthly team cooking, regular events and offsites
