A leading Private Equity investor with a strong focus on technology investments is looking to hire an Investment Analyst (m/f/d) to join its Munich-based team.

The firm invests in high-growth technology companies across the DACH region and broader Europe, partnering closely with management teams to scale and professionalize businesses.

Tasks

Support the execution of transactions
Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and scenario analysis
Perform commercial and financial due diligence
Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
Analyze markets, competitive landscapes, and industry trends in the tech sector
Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives

Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Strategy Consulting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
High interest in technology-driven business models
Structured, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
